Shirley June Williams (Bradley)
Shirley June Williams, 78, of Chelyan passed away August 15, 2016.
Shirley was born in Slaughters Creek to the late Clarence and Margie McGraw Bradley. She loved to camp at Sherwood Lake where she was the gate host for many years. She stayed in Florida during the winter months.
Shirley was a loving, caring wife, mother, grandmother and one of the best mother-in-laws ever. She was a member of Slaughters Creek Memorial Freewill Baptist Church. Shirleys world revolved around her family and friends. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Preceded in death by her husband, Carl Williams; brothers, Harry, Leo and John Bradley; sisters, Blanche Hudson, Ada Kirk and Carrie Fauber; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Left to cherish her memory are sons, Joe Williams (Susan “Suzie Q”), Davie Williams (Susan) and Keith Williams (Michelle); daughters, Pam Williams and Margie Parsons (Joe); grandsons, Travis Hudnall, Brandon Williams (Sylvia), Christopher Williams (Brittany), Keith Williams, Anthony Weese (Tosha), Steven Williams, Cameron Williams, Tyler Rodgers and Andrew Rodgers (Jasmine); granddaughters, Shirley Weese, KayLeigh Williams and Olivia Massey; great-grandchildren, Kaleb Hudnall, Griffin Hudnall, Hayden Scott, Hunter Dorman, Tommy Williams, Hailey Williams, Shirley “LilyMay” Scott, Brantley Williams, Rylee Williams, Cole Williams and Brayden Rodgers; sisters, Mabel and Ann Taylor; brother, Dave Bradley (Charlotte); and many nieces and nephews.
Service will be 11am Thursday, August 18 at Pryor Funeral Home, East Bank with Pastor John Hudson officiating. Burial will follow in Montgomery Memorial Park, London.
A gathering of family and friends will be 6-8pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
The family would like to thank the staff of CAMC Memorial Division and the Hubbard Hospice House for their wonderful care of Shirley.
