Obituary for Larry Gale Green

Larry Gale Green, 60, of Dry Branch passed away at his home on Sunday, May 1, 2016.

Born February 1, 1956 in Charleston; he was the son of Clorenia Clara Green and the late Elijah Green. Larry was a graduate of East Bank High School and attended every class reunion. He enjoyed football and was an avid golfer. Larry loved spending time with his family.

Larry will be missed by his daughters, Lora Kirk (Jimmy), Donna Rogers (Tom), Debra McBrayer, and Chelsea Green; sister, Beverly Holstein; brothers, Gary Green (Judy), David Gene Green (Brenda), Wayne Hodges, and Norman Hodges; grandchildren, Kandyce, Kiefer and Kierstyn Kirk, Jacob Rogers, Tyler Smith, Alyssa Tippner, and Larry Draiden Liddle and one great grandson, Patrick Perry; and a host of nieces and nephews who loved him very much.

In addition to his father, Larry is preceded in death by his stepfather Robert Hodges; and brother, Arnold Lee Green.

Funeral Services will be held at noon on Friday, May 6, 2016 at Pryor Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Rose officiating. Visitation will be held from 11am to noon before the service. Interment will immediately follow at Montgomery Memorial Park.
